Returns Procedure

Products Purchased through Aldi Stores
 
Any product purchased from ALDI will have a warranty period valid from the date of purchase (original receipt must be provided), and will be valid against mechanical and electrical defects only if the product is used in accordance with the instructions in the manual.
The warranty will be void once the product is tampered with/dismantled/damaged/broken etc by the user and if there is no receipt provided.
 
If the products become faulty within the first 60 days of purchase, you can return it to the ALDI store of purchase along with your receipt, for a replacement and/or refund.

 

After 60 days we handle the warranty directly. Under the warranty policy, faulty units will be replaced, repaired or the unit will be exchanged with the same or a similar unit at our discretion. The warranty provided does not entitle the user to a refund.
 
Please follow below instructions for faulty goods or missing parts.
 
 
1. Faulty Goods

Please send the following information to us so we may determine the next course of action: 
 

1.  Warranty certificate - ALL details must be filled in the warranty details section
2. Original Receipt - (Remember to keep copy for your records)
3. Short description of the fault - E.G. No power, Loose Circuits, etc
4.  If the appliance is faulty and not working, please cut the cord and send the plug and 10 - 15 cm of the cord to us. You can discard the rest of the machine at your discression.
(Do not discard the accessories that come with the appliance as only faulty parts will be replaced).
 
ONLY COMPLETE THIS STEP IF YOU HAVE ALL THE OTHER INFORMATION REQUESTED. IF ALL INFORMATION IS NOT RECEIVED CORRECTLY, YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
